Capital Improvement Board

 PURPOSE: 

A Capital Improvement Board ("CIB") is hereby created, pursuant to Indiana Code 36-10-8 et seq. to manage and direct the affairs of the Monroe County Convention  Center ("Convention Center") and its  expansion.
