Food Establishment Licenses
- Food licenses expire annually at the end of February.
- Renewal invoices will be sent out in January.
As of January 6, 2017, retail food establishment license fees have increased to:
1-5 employees - $165
6-10 employees - $330
11-20 employees - $495
21+ employees - $600
The late fee is 10% of the annual fee per month for each month late, not to exceed 60% of the annual fee.
