Southwest Corridor Study
The intent of the Southwest Corridor Study is to assist Monroe County and the City of Bloomington in analyzing existing conditions, surrounding growth trends, greenspace and traffic patterns as well as determining the next steps for improvements. The study seeks to identify opportunities for improved mobility, congestion relief, greater traffic circulation, accessibility and connectivity in the community resulting from the projected traffic increases associated in the southwest quadrant of Monroe County.
The public information meeting will be held on October 25, 2018 from 4:30 to 5:30 pm in the Nat U. Hill Room of the Monroe County Courthouse. We will have a brief presentation from the Consultant chosen for the study, American Structurepoint. Following the presentation, we will open it up for comments and/or questions.
