Environmental Site Assessment
Environmental Site Assessment (Public Information Request)
The Monroe County Health Department provides record searches for individuals and organizations, including those conducting Phase 1 Environmental Site Assessments (ESA).
The records search involves checking various databases within this department only. Other government agencies may have additional information to offer.
These databases include the pool database, methamphetamine database, syringe report database, complaint database, rental housing complaint database, solid waste permit database, radon database, Monroe County Health Department water well database, mosquito activity database, NPL/PCB project files, and septic system records.
Most requests are completed within a few working days of receiving the ESA Phase 1 Information Request Form and proper fee(s). You will receive an email with the attached documentation following our completion of the search.
