Main SUMH meetings will be held the 4th Wednesday of the month from 12-1pm at IU Health Community Health and on Microsoft Teams for a hybrid meeting unless otherwise noted.
Email Amy Meek or Melanie Vehslage to receive a calendar invite for the main CHIP meetings and ensure the most up to date communication regarding cancellations or changes in schedule.
Connections Sub-Committee meetings will be held the 3rd Wednesday of the month from 1-2 pm via Zoom unless otherwise noted.
